A PAIA request was made for all meeting minutes from 2021 to October 2025 for the Ward 7 Ratepayers Association ward committee group. The group was asked to supply all minutes retroactively. They were unable to supply any minutes of any meetings for their group up until after the PAIA request, when they held their only public meeting on record on 2 October 2025.

Instead of required quarterly feedback meeting minutes for the past 4 years, the W7RPA representative, Joan Jones, emails a notice that the AGM for 2024 is cancelled and they intend to meet in early 2025.
