• B- 2025-07-29 Henk Lombard Email.pdf (threat to protest if his power is threatened. Explanation showing that his ward 7 ratepayers was formed around mid-September, not meeting the requirement to be eligible for election.
• 2025-10-29 OM update on Kus Rd project.png (shows that even with informal online poll there is not support for the IDP priority project. Note that the matter is referred back to the ward committee that is the cause of the problem.

A brief summary: 

1. The ward councillor’s husband controls 2 groups on the ward committee that were not eligible for nomination in 2021 and have failed to comply with minimum requirements since. 
2. The Sandbaai SRA steering committee failed to obtain majority consent required to form an SRA, but has held a seat on the ward committee for several years, despite not being on the ballot at all, and has failed to meet the minimum requirements to be on a ward committee.
3. Rather than enforce the rules and remove these groups, the Municipal Manager has enabled a cover up to protect violators.
4. The public outcry against the IDP is not going to be fixed by having the same disqualified ward committee members vote on the same IDP again and it is ridiculous to think a solution is to have the disqualified ward committee members vote on whether they are disqualified.
