A PAIA request was made for all meeting minutes from 2021 to October 2025 for the Ward 7 Ratepayers Association ward committee group. The group was asked to supply all minutes retroactively. They were unable to supply any minutes of any meetings for their group up until after the PAIA request, when they held their only public meeting on record on 2 October 2025.

The meeting minutes show that Henk Lombard chaired the meeting. There were 12 attendees plus Henk and Hybre Lombard. 9 of the 14 attendees live in Leisure Park gated community and 4 live across the road in The Avenues gated community.
