Soup Kitchen Raffle

The Blanket Raffle proceeds will go towards funding meals for people in need at Maria’s Soup Kitchen (Mount Pleasant Saints Soup Kitchen & Community Outreach NPO). Maria-Anita relies on donations and her own disability pension to fund her Soup Kitchen, which she runs from her own home. Inevitably, funding remains a great concern and donations are not always forthcoming timeously. The annual Blanket Raffle is an effort to supplement funds for the rapidly approaching winter months.

You can buy raffle tickets to win a handmade blanket by donating to Maria directly:

You can also buy tickets from participating businesses who have agreed to sell tickets on behalf of Maria’s Soup Kitchen.

All the names will be submitted into the app Randompicker.com by the sponsor of this competition. This app will randomly select a winner on the closing date.
